Guidelines for academicerp year-end-process
Here there are some steps of year-end academic process in academicerp.
1. Set Academic Master
Go to School/College login – Management – Master – Academic Master – Academic Year – Add New – Save
Refresh Your page.
Set new added year as current year.
All user account shows academic year based upon current year setting in school/college.
2.Academic Configuration
Go to School/college login – Management – Academic Configuration
Please tick on Syllabus, Section, Standard, Subject and Division & Shift as per requirement.
3. Year-end-Process
Go to School/college login -My Admin – Year End Process – Set From-to user – Tick – Copy
Don’t tick on left and failed students.
4. New Admission Student -Import Data
Go to School/college login -Management – Import Data – Student/Staff/Parents – Download file – Add data – Select Standard/Division – Upload
Don’t delete any column from sheet.
5. Set Semester Date
Go to School/College login – Management – Master – Academic Master – Semester Date – Action – Save
Pls update as per your schedule.
6. Weekday Planner
Go to School/College login – Management – Master – Weekday Planner – Tick on User – Add – Save
Pls update as per your schedule.
7. Set Holidays
My Admin – CMS – Holidays – Add – Select all user Type – Download & Import Excel
Pls update as per your schedule.
8. Student Group
Management – Member Management – Student Group
A. Tick on subjects – Apply to all
Or
B. Select/Assign Group – Save
