Guidelines For Item/Stock Master

Purpose / Use:-

 Item / Stock Master is used for adding item and category


 

Pr-Requisite:-

Go to Trust Log in – Back Office – Inventory – Master(Inventory) – Asset Master

Go to Trust Log in – Back Office – Inventory – Master(Inventory) – Asset Master Allocation


 

Location:-

Back Office – Inventory – Masters(inventory) – Item Master(Stock)


 

How to access:-

There are two ways to import item

1. Excel Import

  • Click on “Excel Import”

  • Download Excel file

  • Fill all fields

  • save it

  • Browse it

  • Upload it

 

2. Add New Item(s)

  • Click on “View Items List or Add New Item(s)”

  • Click on “Add New” for new item import

  • Enter Item Name

  • Select UOM, Item Category

  • For adding new item category

  • Click on “Add” symbol

  • Enter Category Name

  • Select Parent Category

  • Tick on “Active” button

  • Save it.

  • Now Enter Min Qty. and Max Qty.

  •  Click on Perishable or Non-Perishable

  • Tick on Subjective if it is

  • Save it.

  • Now Select Department, As on Date, Opening Balance Qty, UOM

  • Click on Save Total or Save Individually

  • Enter Total value.

  • Click on “Action” for save it.
