Guidelines for Payroll Category
Purpose / Use:-
Payroll Category is used to define pay category type like Teaching Staff, Non Teaching Staff, Grade IV
Pr-Requisite:-
Back Office – Payroll – Pay Masters – Payroll Head
Categories can be created based on similar heads For eg: Teaching staff with PF, Teaching staff without PF.
Location:-
Back Office – Payroll – Pay Masters- Payroll Category
How to access:-

Click on “Add New” button
-
Enter Payroll Category like teaching, ad choc, administration
-
Tick on “Active” button

Save it
