academicerp will provide a dedicated user training to manage the school data and upload it to the website on a daily basis. This resource is provided free of cost to each school.

academicerp has add-on modules for residential schools such as – Hostel management, Library Management, Vendor Management, Asset Management, Purchase Order Management, Transportation management etc. These modules can be subscribed as per School’s needs.

academicerp School Management Solution (www.academicerp.in) is hosted centrally and is offered as a SaaS service (hosted service). This means that schools do not have to install any software at their premises and there will not be any need to maintain any server machines or software applications at the Schools. Thus the pricing is based on a Service subscription model. This means that the school does not have to ‘buy’ the product spending a huge lump-sum amount. The school need to pay only an annual subscription fee calculated based on the number of students.
