Guidelines for Fees Group Management
Purpose / Use:-
It is used to set the structure of fees group
Pr-Requisite:-
Go to Trust – Account – Head Master – Add Account Head
Go to School/Clerk login – Finance- Fees – Master – Fees Masters – Fee Type Master/Fee Group Master
Location:-
Finance – Fees – Master (Fees) – Fees Group Management
How to access:-
-
Click on “Add New” button
-
Select all the fields as per fee structure
-
Enter the Amount and Select Apply Date
-
Select Related To A/c.
-
Enter month
-
Monthly : Select All financial months
-
One time in Term : Select Appropriate month
-
Give Preference no. which displayed in fee receipt
-
Click on Save to Save data
-
If there are same fee structure to other standard then you can copy fees group(Standard wise) to another standard
-
Click on Copy Fees Group
-
Select Academic Year, Standard, Fees Group from “Copy From”
-
Select Academic Year, Standard, Fees Group from “Copy To”
-
Click on “Copy” to fees group
