Guidelines for Missing Book Return

Purpose / Use:-

Here you can return book which is pending to return by previous years students or left employees

Pr-Requisite:-

Library – Book Issue

Location:-

Library – Missing Book Return

How to access:-

• Select user type (student or staff)

• Click on “Search” button

• Enter actual return date if applicable
  

• If book condition changed then set book condition as torn, bend, lost & write off
  

• Add penalty amount if applicable

• Click on “Return Book” button

• You can excel to export all book return records
