Guidelines for Student Management

Purpose / Use:-

Student is basic necessity for academics


Pr-Requisite:-

Management – Import Data – Add Student


Location:-

Management – Member Management – Student


How to access:-

  • Select Syllabus, Section, Standard, Division

  • Click on “Show list” button

There are 5 option for Student Management.

1. Personal Details

2. Academic Details

3 Physical Details

4. Personal Doc. Details

5. Discontinue

 

1. Personal Details: Here you can edit parents name,DOB,caste,gender, Email and contact no. and so.

2. Academic Details: Here you can edit roll no.,gr no.,admission no.,joining date, division,seat no. and so

3.Physical Details: Here you can edit height,weight and personal hygiene and so.

4.Personal Doc. Details: Here you can upload school achievement certificate and so.

5.Discontinue: Here you can remove from registers. Student still displayed in system as left student.

  • This is mainly used for fee transaction where student left school after some months

  • Click on “Discontinue” button

  • Enter student left “Date”

  • Again Click on “Discontinue”. It shows as below

  • If you want to “active” student then click on “Active again” and enter date

  • It will showing in system
