Guidelines for Student Management
Purpose / Use:-
Student is basic necessity for academics

Management – Import Data – Add Student
Location:-
Management – Member Management – Student
How to access:-

Select Syllabus, Section, Standard, Division
-
Click on “Show list” button
There are 5 option for Student Management.
1. Personal Details
2. Academic Details
3 Physical Details
4. Personal Doc. Details
5. Discontinue
1. Personal Details: Here you can edit parents name,DOB,caste,gender, Email and contact no. and so.
2. Academic Details: Here you can edit roll no.,gr no.,admission no.,joining date, division,seat no. and so
3.Physical Details: Here you can edit height,weight and personal hygiene and so.
4.Personal Doc. Details: Here you can upload school achievement certificate and so.
5.Discontinue: Here you can remove from registers. Student still displayed in system as left student.

This is mainly used for fee transaction where student left school after some months

Click on “Discontinue” button

Enter student left “Date”
-
Again Click on “Discontinue”. It shows as below
-
If you want to “active” student then click on “Active again” and enter date
-
It will showing in system
