Purpose / Use:-

It is used to add any Complain/Request/Query


 Pr-Requisite:-

My Admin – Complains/Request/Query – Complain Permission


 Location:-

My Admin – Complains/Request/Query – Complain/Request/Query


 How to access:-

This module has been divided into three steps.

1) My Complaints / Request

2) View Complaints / Request

3) Assigned Complaints / Request

 

1. My Complain: Here You can add your complain

  • Click on “Add New” button

  • Select department, complaint type

  • Enter subject

  • Select complain source, complain type

  • Enter complain text and

  • Save it

2. View Complain:- Here you can view your complain

  • Select department, status, complain type and type

  • Click on “Show” button

3. Assigned Complain:- Here you can view your assigned complain

  • Select department, status, complain type and type

  • Click on “Show” button
