How to access:-
This module has been divided into three steps.
1) My Complaints / Request
2) View Complaints / Request
3) Assigned Complaints / Request
1. My Complain:– Here You can add your complain
-
Click on “Add New” button
-
Select department, complaint type
-
Enter subject
-
Select complain source, complain type
-
Enter complain text and
-
Save it
2. View Complain:- Here you can view your complain
-
Select department, status, complain type and type
-
Click on “Show” button
3. Assigned Complain:- Here you can view your assigned complain
-
Select department, status, complain type and type
-
Click on “Show” button
