My Admin – Complains/Request/Query – Complain Permission

How to access:-
This module has been divided into two steps.
1) Single Window Complaint Desk
2) Single Window Request Desk
1. Single Window Complaint Desk:- Here you can add your complain

Click on “Add New” button

Select Responsible Department
-
Enter Complaint Subject and Description
-
Click on “Submit” button
2. Single Window Request Desk:- Here you can add your request
-
Click on “Add New” button
-
Select Responsible Department and Type
-
Enter Request Subject and Description
-
Click on “Submit” button
