Guidelines for Create Time Table

Purpose / Use:-

Time table shows timing schedule of academics subject,event or activity

Pr-Requisite:-

Academic Configuration Report – Subject Configuration

Management – Member Management – Teacher/Faculty – Edit – Academic Details – Select Std/Subject – Save

Management – Master – Academic Master – Weekday Planner

Location:-

Academy – time table – Create Time Table

How to access:-

  • Select syllabus,section, standard, division

  • Insert Period time and no. of period

 

  • Click on “+” for enter period/lecture pop up open as below

  • Set lecture timing

  • Tick on period type

  • Select subject and relevant faculty and location (if any)

  • Select group (if any)

  • Click on “Add” button

  • Save it

  • If faculty already allocated to other period it shows error as below

  • Here you can view final timetable
